This one-of-a-kind home suffered years of neglect until a new owner, Avatar Design and HHD Architecture saw amazing potential. Once a converted duplex, complete renovation restored lost grandeur. Paying careful attention to significant features of the home, our team incorporated details honoring the International Style architecture. Custom, locally crafted, leaded glass windows were commissioned to match the few remaining original panes. White oak floors and a clean neutral palate throughout create a warm and modern space. Custom furnishings, a gourmet kitchen and functional outdoor spaces provide a comfortable, livable and timeless family home.
