A unique octagon floor plan directed the flow of this modern kitchen and living space remodel. Sleek white cabinetry and warm concrete counter tops replaced a heavy rustic kitchen. Inconsistently sized and spaced Tuscan style columns were converted to streamlined beams and delicately detailed supports. And a dated stone fireplace was transformed into a double sided, custom crafted metal panel feature with decorative rivets. In the center living space a custom triple tiered 60" diameter drum shade was commissioned to fill and illuminate this vast but intimate living area.
